Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the product if necessary and pack all components, hardware, and manuals into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transit.
Schedule Pickup
For large structures like pergolas or swing sets, we will help you coordinate a freight carrier pickup at your residence for a seamless return logistics experience.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for completeness and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
