To maintain the beauty and structural integrity of your wood, we recommend applying a water-based sealant or stain annually to protect against weathering and UV damage.
How long does shipping take for large swing sets and gazebos?
Most large items ship via LTL freight and typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with GoConfigure to provide professional assembly services. You can add installation to your order at checkout, and a technician will contact you once your product arrives.
Are your products weather-resistant?
Our products are engineered to withstand various climates. Our gazebos are PRO-TECT™ Certified to withstand heavy snow loads and high winds, while our cedar wood is naturally rot and decay resistant.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unassembled products in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply, and items must be in resalable condition.
What warranty is provided with my purchase?
We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all manufactured parts and an extended 5-year pro-rated warranty on wood rot and decay for our cedar structures.
